This includes:

Before the wedding

An initial phone call before booking, and a face-to-face meet up a couple of months before the wedding day to get to know each other and to discuss your wedding day schedule and film in more detail.

On the wedding day

All day coverage until about 1 hour after the first dance, which is enough time to capture fun dance floor action, but without people looking too dishevelled!

Once you have a schedule of the day, we can discuss timings in more detail to make sure I’m in the right place at the right time to capture as much as possible.

My filming style is really informal and discreet. I don't ask anyone to pose - I float around, with minimal equipment, capturing everything on the fly and trying to blend in so no one notices me/ feels too papped! For me, it's about trying to capture all the little real moments that you'll want to remember. 

Your Wedding Film (7-10mins)

You’ll get a fully edited documentary-style film that tells the story of your day.

I choose licensed music that fits the vibe of each part of your day or, you can choose commercial music.

Please note: if you choose commercial music then, for licensing reasons, it can only be enjoyed privately.

Online delivery of your film via Vimeo, with a download link.

Optional extras

A short / teaser film - £500

You can see examples on my Instagram page, but these short teaser films can be anywhere between 1-3 mins (90 seconds if you choose a popular track, 3mins if I choose a licensed track). I make these as quickly as possible after the wedding.

A separate recording of your speeches - £500

To give you a full copy of your speeches, I will need to know where each person is speaking from 20mins before they start, so I can set up multiple cameras to capture these well for you.

I put a little discreet voice recorder in the pocket of anyone speaking or on the microphone, so I capture good audio.

The film is delivered via a separate Vimeo link, and download link.

Expenses

Travel

I normally drive to and from UK weddings as it’s easier with my equipment.
I charge 85p per mile for travel from London, SE15.

Accommodation

Whether I need to overnight depends on the wedding location and schedule.
For weddings over 1.5 hours away, I will need to overnight the night before the wedding and possibly the night of the wedding too.
