Before the wedding

An initial phone call before booking, and a face-to-face meet up a couple of months before the wedding day to get to know each other and to discuss your wedding and film in more detail.

On the wedding day

I arrive 2 hours before the Groom’s arrival which gives me enough time to recce the ceremony location, put my drone up to get some beautiful shots of the area, and to get some nice shots of the venue and bridal prep. I normally leave about an hour after dancing starts, which is enough time to capture fun dance floor action, but without people looking too dishevelled!

If you’d like me to arrive earlier or stay later then we can of course discuss this and, once you have a schedule of the day, we can discuss timings in more detail to make sure I’m in the right place at the right time to capture as much as possible.

My filming style is really informal and discreet. I don't ask anyone to pose - I float around, with minimal equipment, capturing everything on the fly and trying to blend in so no one notices me/ feels too papped! For me, it's about trying to capture all the little real moments that you'll want to remember. 

What you’ll get:

Your Wedding Film (8-10mins)

You’ll get a fully edited documentary-style film that tells the story of your wedding.

I choose licensed music that fits the vibe of each part of your day or, you can choose commercial music. (Please note: if you choose commercial music then, for licensing reasons, it can only be enjoyed privately).

A copy of your speeches

I’ll send you a simple recording of your speeches, filmed on 2 or 3 cameras.

I put a little discreet voice recorder in the pocket of anyone speaking, so I can capture good audio, even when I’m filming from a distance.

Expenses

I drive to and from UK weddings as it’s easier with my equipment and I charge 65p per mile for travel from London, SE15.

If accommodation is required, I charge a fixed fee of £150 per overnight, which means I can organise this myself and don’t have to bother you! For most Hindu weddings, I’d likely need to overnight the night before and night of the wedding because of the length of the days.

Optional extras

Additional day filming - £900 + expenses

The additional cost for me per extra day is also £900 + expenses and, if the footage would be going into the same film (rather than having a separate film), there would be no extra cost for the edit.

Second videographer - £900 + expenses

I work with a select few I trust to film in a beautiful and discreet way, who is paid £900 per day + expenses. There is no extra charge for this additional footage to be edited.

A short / teaser film - £500

You can see examples on my Instagram page, but these short teaser films can be anywhere between 1-3 mins, which I make as quickly as possible for you after the wedding.

Documentary Film - £1000

This film contains all the shots of your day set to music of your choice, or without any music at all. This is a way of giving you all the footage and allows you to relive your day ‘home video’ style.

You can choose this option after the wedding if you would like.

Photos- £500

I can pull high-resolution stills from my footage. I often pull out a few stills for social media which I’ll always give to you for free, but if you would like me to pull out about 200 images, I can do this for you!
